‘Yellowjackets’ Season 3: Christina Ricci Announces the Return of ‘Shocking’ and ‘Brutal’

The second season of the animated series MaxGremlins: Secrets of the Mogwai” is officially titled “Gremlins: The Wild Party” and will hit the streaming service in fall 2024.

Produced by Amblin Television and Warner Bros. Animation film “Gremlins: The Wild Batch” follows Gizmo, Sam and Elle as they travel from their home in Shanghai to San Francisco, bringing even more magic, mystery and chaos to the Mogwai.

“On the trail of the new offspring of the evil Mogwai, our heroes journey deep into the American West, encountering new supernatural creatures and meeting several mysterious characters along the way.”

Returning series regulars Ming-Na Wen, James Hong, BD Wong, Isaac Wang, AJ LoCascioAND Gabrielle Nevaeh will be joined by an all-star guest cast that will be announced at a later date.

“Gremlins: The Wild Batch” is produced by Amblin Television in association with Warner Bros. Animation. Steven Spielberg serves as executive producer, along with Darryl Frank and Justin Falvey, presidents of Amblin Television, and Sam Register, president of Warner Bros. Animation and Cartoon Network Studios.

Tze Chun serves as showrunner and executive producer. Brendan Hay is executive producer and Dan Krall serves as supervising producer. Joe Dante is a consulting producer.

“Gremlins: Secrets of the Mogwai” concluded last June. The series was extremely notable for being the first new installment in the series since then Gremlins 2 in 1990.

“Secrets of Mogwai” creatively expanded the world of the series in exciting and unexpected ways, retroactively enriching the films along the way. The first season saw Gizmo and young Sam Wing battle colorful monsters and ghosts from Chinese folklore, and it looks like “The Wild Batch” will bring the series back to the United States.
