Man arrested after allegedly setting fire to a Cincinnati business

A man has been arrested and charged with arson of private property after allegedly setting fire to a business in Cincinnati. According to the Cincinnati Fire Department, the incident occurred just after midnight Monday at Bob’s Sunoco 8th Street Drive-Thru on W. Eighth Street. in West Price Hill. The Cincinnati Fire Investigation Unit said the fire caused more than $1,000 in damage to the West Side business, which was closed at the time of the incident. Investigators say 36-year-old Robert Justice used a flammable liquid and opened fire to set the business’s rear garage door on fire. The fire went out on its own and was discovered later Monday morning. Police arrested the judge on Monday. Cincinnati Fire Department and Cincinnati Police departments began an investigation.
