Jabulani Khumalo questions the removal of MK from the parliamentary list

Khumalo insists he remains party leader despite the Jacob Zuma-led party’s decision to expel him.

Khumalo, considered the founder of the MK party, was expelled before the elections.

He is the number one candidate on the list of MPs who will represent the party in parliament.

However, the party wrote to parliament asking that Khumalo not be sworn in.

He was replaced as leader by former President Zuma, who insists that none of the party’s MPs will appear at the first meeting until the IEC responds to allegations of vote fraud.

Khumalo, however, insists on attending the first sitting of the National Assembly, where he will be sworn in as a member of parliament.
