The judge also designated King a Level III sex offender, the highest level. This will require him to register his address every 90 days with his local sheriff’s office for the rest of his life.

In June 2022, King was sentenced to six months in prison and up to five years’ probation after pleading guilty to possessing child sexual abuse material. He was also designated a Tier II sex offender, which required him to register his address every six months for 25 years.

In this case, in February 2022, he was charged with seven counts of pandering obscenity involving a minor (creating, reproducing, publishing) and 12 counts of unlawful use of a minor in materials or performances depicting nudity.
