Spokane teenagers arrested after allegedly threatening employees with an airsoft gun | Spokane News

SPOKANE, Wash. – On Monday morning, the Spokane Police Department (SPD) arrested five teenagers for allegedly pulling an airsoft gun on security personnel.

According to the department, the teenagers were harassing employees and damaging property around Washington Street, between Spokane Falls Boulevard and North River Drive, when they allegedly pointed a gun at an employee near his security truck.

SPD says when the employee took shelter in his truck, he was surrounded by teenagers. Officers found the teens near Riverfront Park and arrested them. They determined that the gun allegedly used to threaten the employee was an airsoft gun.

Two of the teens were adults and both are currently in the Spokane County Jail. The three juveniles involved in the incident are being held at the Spokane County Juvenile Detention Center.
