How to sign up for the Valorant limited beta on PS5 and Xbox

One of the biggest announcements from Summer Game Fest was that Valorant, one of the world’s biggest PvP shooters, would finally hit consoles this year. Since its release in 2020, the game has gained a lot of fans and won prestigious awards at The Game Awards and The Golden Joysticks galas. Of course, it will take some time before the console version is ready. Here how to sign up for the Valorant limited beta on PS5 and Xbox.

How to sign up for the limited Valorant console beta

To register for the limited beta, you must visit https://beta.playvalorant.com/. The beta is available on PS5 and Xbox Series X/S and will launch on June 14 at 1pm PT/4pm ET/9pm BST. Players in the US, Canada, Europe and Japan will initially have access to the beta, with additional regions being added for access later.

Signing up for the beta version will allow you to participate in the draw. Those selected for the beta will receive referral links that will allow them to invite up to five people to join. That’s why it’s worth getting a few friends to sign up for the beta to maximize your chances.

Xbox and PS5 players will be able to cross-play Valorant during the beta period. It is unclear at this time whether this will also extend to PC players once the game is released.

Despite this, the game will feature cross-progression. If you own the game on PC, all agents and skins you own will be available in the beta. All this content will be transferred after the official release of the game.

Additionally, every player who plays Valorant during the limited beta on console or PC will receive a special player card as a reward.
