Dr Michael Mosley seen in heartbreaking new CCTV footage just two hours before his death

Newly released CCTV footage shows Michael Mosley holding an umbrella just two hours before his tragic death. The 67-year-old TV favorite was captured walking near his property with a tarpaulin-covered speedboat in the driveway as CCTV captured his last sighting before collapsing from suspected heat exhaustion on Agia Marina beach in Symi.

The well-known health expert went missing on Wednesday, June 5, after he did not return from a walk to the apartment he shared with his wife. Expecting Michael to return from St. Beach. Nicholas, around 1:30 p.m., was disturbingly discovered by a local bartender a few days later, on Sunday, June 9, after a warning signal was given by the film crew and the city’s mayor.

Konstancia Dimoglidou, spokeswoman for the Greek police, confirmed to the BBC that a preliminary autopsy had been performed on the star’s body. According to the Mirror, an examination revealed no signs of injury and the time of death was estimated at around 4 p.m. local time on Wednesday.

Michael left his friends on the beach of Agios Nikolaos around 1:30 p.m. and went for a walk. Dimoglidou said the position of his body suggested he died of natural causes. She also mentioned that work on toxicology and histology reports is ongoing.

Earlier footage allegedly discovered by a beach bar in Agia Marina shows the TV star descending a rocky slope near a fence before disappearing from view. Simi’s emergency response volunteer team expressed their “deepest condolences” to his wife, children and friends, expressing sadness at the “tragic loss.”

In a statement, the team said: “Our team was called by the island authorities to assist with the investigation on the first night after the man’s disappearance and we immediately began a search on the first night. They continued their involvement in case investigations over the following days, working with firefighters, police officers and other volunteers under the direction of the case manager.

“They admitted that the high temperatures and challenging terrain made the mission particularly difficult and unfortunately the outcome is now known to all.”
