CHESTER COUNTY, SOUTH CAROLINA — Powerful storms Sunday evening left a path of destruction stretching across several South Carolina counties.

The National Weather Service damage survey team found wind damage in a straight line stretching from Chester to Lancaster through Kershaw counties. Winds are estimated at 60-70 mph with around 80 mph+.
