Strictly Come Dancing has announced the presenters, judges and professional dancers for its 20th anniversary series, and the hit series has confirmed the return of Amy Dowden.

The Welsh dancer was forced to miss last year’s series after being diagnosed with stage three breast cancer in May 2023. She had what she hoped would be her final chemotherapy treatment in November, and she then made a brief appearance in the final.

Now she’s back as a professional regular for the upcoming series and took to Instagram to celebrate his return.
