Police have issued a Canada-wide arrest warrant for a federal criminal known to frequent Toronto and Ottawa.

In a press release issued Tuesday, the Ontario Provincial Police said the Repeat Offenders Parole Enforcement (ROPE) unit is searching for 29-year-old Gary Prince after he allegedly violated the terms of his day parole.

Police said Prince is serving two years in prison for two counts of burglary, three counts of possession of property obtained by crime worth less than $5,000 and a number of other crimes.

Police described him as a black, Caucasian male, 5-foot-9 and weighing 150 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes.

Police are asking anyone with information about Prince’s whereabouts to contact ROPE at 416-808-5900 or Crime Stoppers anonymously.
