‘Euphoria’: ‘Core Cast’ Confirmed to Return for Season 3 by HBO Boss; Time Jump Discussion Revealed

there is news Euphoria news, as the HBO exec confirmed which cast members are expected to return, as well as what’s happening with a time jump in the series.

Variety asked HBO CEO and Chairman Casey Bloys: “Will the main cast – including Zendaya, Jacob Elordi, Sydney Sweeney and Hunter Schafer – be returning and would you consider continuing the series with a different cast?”

Bloys responded by saying, “It’s the same main cast.”

HBO has confirmed when the teen drama will return to the airwaves in 2025. However, there will be a time jump between the characters moving from high school to adulthood. How big will the jump be?

Bloys told Variety that the answer isn’t as set in stone as fans would like. As he said: “One of the problems Sam (Levinson) thinks about is he doesn’t want to have that anymore in high school. That’s where it all happened and that’s what made sense at the time. So when you take it out of that, there’s a lot of back and forth about where to define it and how far into the future to define it and everything else. But I think he has an idea he’s passionate about and he’s busy writing.

TVLine reports that the time jump is rumored to be five years from now. Another rumor said that Levinson was going to turn the series into a “film noir” in which Rue (Zendaya) and the characters “explore what it means to be a principled individual in a corrupt world.” No matter when we introduce the main characters, it will test the courage of the characters.

At the very least, the series is starting to take shape a bit, as the last time we checked on the series’ progress, The Hollywood Reporter said that HBO had announced that the cast was available to “pursue other opportunities.” while Levinson and HBO revealed details of the third season.
